Our Purpose
Turn To The Word is simply our way of sharing the gospel and we’ve compiled much of our material from those we trust, admire, and follow, who already have successful ministries, and are touching millions of lives daily.
We’ve adopted our mission statement from the body of Christ and the local area church we attend, and hold the statement of faith as being a summary of Christian doctrine whose authority consists only in its agreement with the word of God.
Our pages are live and we personally update our site on a daily basis – we hope you will join us and share your questions, comments, and suggestions. Your support is truly appreciated – thanks for reading!
What We Believe
As His divine power has given to us all things that pertain to life and godliness, through the knowledge of Him who called us to glory and virtue, by which have been given to us great and precious promises, that through these you may be partakers of the divine nature having erased the corruption that is in the world through lust.
But also for this very reason, giving all diligence, add to your faith virtue, to virtue knowledge, to knowledge self-control, to self-control perseverance, to perseverance godliness, to godliness brotherly kindness, and to brotherly kindness, love.
For if these things are yours and abound, you will neither be barren nor unfruitful in the knowledge of our Lord Jesus Christ.
And now these three remain: faith, hope, and love. But the greatest of these is love.
